Generally

All under 18 must have the consent of their parents / guardians to order from By Vallen. All products remain By Vallens property until full payment has been made. We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the site. Because of the digital format for photographs, we can not guarantee that images accurately reflect the real products. All prices include 25% VAT. We only sell our products to customers whitin Sweden.

Payment

You can pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard.

Delivery time

We offer a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days within after your order has been packed and ready for dispatch. We will process your order within 3 working days. You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service*. If an order is returned due to the wrong contact information, the customer is responsible for any additional delivery payments.

Transmission

Delivery in Sweden costs 129 SEK.
We ship via schenker, dhl, postnord, dsv or ups. You will receive information via a text message or e-mail when your package has arrived.

Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt of order, given that the products are unused and in the original condition. If you want to return or exchange an order, you are responsible for any delivery charges. Full refund if the product we sent you is defective, damaged or wrong product, including the shipping cost. We follow the consumer and the consumer representative's recommendations. If you want to return something, please contact us at info@byvallen.com, we will respond within 48h and help you. Note that it is your responsibility to return the product to us.
